TAGAI TEAM

Tagai Arts is a video game development studio based in Spain but working remotely. We see video games as a collective art and strive for a collaborative approach to creation, making every creative voice relevant and heard. We create artsy 2D games in Unity and VR games in Unreal, so we have something for all tastes and flavours!

Miguel ‘versus_’ V.S.

Studio Head & Programmer

Game developer since 2011. He co-developed a handpainted watercolours adventure game and has since taken many tumbles in life. He bought into the lies of the entrepreneurial biz, made plenty of mistakes because of that, and is now looking for brighter new beginnings.

“Do love what you do, but don't put your life or your team's on the line for it.”

Roberto Abellanas

Founder & Designer

Trying to use his know-it-all-ness for Good. In a perfect world, he would have a degree in mythological studies under his belt.

A word of advice: “Play the Kill the Past saga and kill your past.”

Vlad Gusev

Art Lead

Multimedia artist. He is creating 2D visuals, animations and UI/UX for the company’s games while helping to solve marketing and visual communication tasks.

Roberto ‘Dukio’ Teixeira

Senior Designer

Power user of names and emojis 👺, a bit obssesed with a variety of media and storytelling. Enthusiastic data seeker and music lover, anything from electronic to kpop. Too many games to choose, but one might be devil’s advocate.

Casandra 'Cassy' McJack

UE VR Programmer

Some sort of raccoon with a caffeine addiction. Unreal developer with one-lady-band experience and lots of fun ideas. Passionate about game design and horror games with a heavy crush on narrative. A Facebook user among tik-tokers.

Raúl López

Programmer

Unity, Unreal and whatever-else-you-throw-on-him programmer by day, tech artist wannabe by night. Chances are, if you talk to him, he will bring up that year he lived in Japan.

Adrián Belda

Producer

As a Producer, he has worked on animated films, feature films, and video games. He watches all the movies he is allowed to, writes, and boxes. He defends that textured walls are an artistic movement as beautiful and respectable as any other.
